A 12-week program of exercise with three 30 to 45 minute-sessions each week (20+ hours). Adjustments are made for each learner, with modifications made to exercises in accordance with learner ability. Sessions begin with light cardio work and gradually introduce a range of exercises designed to strengthen and build muscle (core and resistance exercises using dumbbells and sandbags). Improve coordination, dexterity, grip strength and overall fitness to a level suitable for jobs requiring physical activity and moderate lifting.
