Free exercise activities each week for all ages and fitness levels!

​Did you know that in the last census, results showed that people living in Clunes were twice as likely as the average Australian to have a chronic disease?  It's a scary statistic and while there are lots of factors involved, access to regular, free exercise is one way Clunes Neighbourhood House can help.

Every week you can:

  1. Bootcamp (higher impact) - Monday, 5.30 - 6.30pm at the Clunes Football and Netball Club (hall)

  2. Mobility, Strength and Balance (lower impact) - Wednesday, 10 - 11am at Attitude: Ageing Well in Clunes

  3. Bootcamp (higher impact) - Wednesday, 5.30 - 6.30pm at the Clunes Football and Netball Club (hall)
