Because your Physical and Mental Health is Important

Fit for free
Free exercise activities each week for all ages and fitness levels!

Did you know that in the last census, results showed that people living in Clunes were twice as likely as the average Australian to have a chronic disease?  It's a scary statistic and while there are lots of factors involved, access to regular, free exercise is one way Clunes Neighbourhood House can help.

Every week you can:

  1. Bootcamp (higher impact) - Monday, 5 pm - 6 pm at the Clunes Football and Netball Club (hall)

  2. Mobility, Strength and Balance (lower impact) - Wednesday, 10 - 11 am at Attitude: Ageing Well in Clunes

  3. Bootcamp (higher impact) - Wednesday, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the Clunes Football and Netball Club (hall)

Register your interest, then turn up to the sessions that work for you. (Call 5345 4078 if you have any questions.)
