A Life Lived Well

As part of the Living and Ageing Well in Hepburn project, several groups of women participated in an art and meditation program at Mindful Serenity. There, they accessed tools, space and time to flourish.

The exhibition ran over five days in July 2024 at Clunes Neighbourhood House.

Live Life Fully

Visitors experienced the colourful artworks showcasing the individuality of the artists as they produced works within variations on a theme. The exhibition enabled visitors to connect with the participants' stories as they shared their journey to live life fully.
