Hi, I'm Natasha
I'm putting together these well-being posts for you as part of the Wellbeing Works project, and I genuinely hope you enjoy them (as I do also!). These posts are all about Positive Psychology, which happens to be a modality I'm quite fond of in my counselling work.
As a counsellor, my speciality is providing support to people dealing with progressive disabilities and their caregivers. I approach it with compassion and empathy, guiding people through some seriously tough situations.
Outside of counselling, I'm a small business owner and a bit of a wordsmith. I love writing, where I get to express myself creatively and tackle some pretty complex ideas. It's my way of blending a fulfilling writing career with my newfound passion for counselling. I'm all about making a positive impact on people's lives in whatever way I can!
So I very much hope you enjoy this series of "Wellbeing Works" posts and can use some of the strategies in the posts to find even more happiness and joy in your life.
