Wellbeing Christmas Cheer

Deep breaths, a chance to stretch, a quick first aid refresher before summer, prizes and a Christmas gift. What better way to spend a Thursday morning than to come along to our last Wellbeing Day event before Christmas?

Let's face it. It's been a weird year. Getting out and about again has taken a little while, and these days have been a great way to resurface, catch up with people again and even pick up a little practical knowledge (thanks to Ambulance Victoria) in the build up to summer.

Pick which activities you'd like by clicking on the links below.

First Aid - Discover how you can beat the heat stress. Starts at 10am.

Tai Chi - Breath deeply under the trees. Starts at 11am.

Yoga - Stretch on the grass in the shade. Starts at 11.15am.

Throughout the morning (between 10am til 12 noon) prizes will be given away, and everyone registering will receive a free christmas gift to put under your tree.

These days were funded by the Victorian State Government and held in partnership with Hepburn Shire Council, Ambulance Victoria and Central Highlands Rural Health. This is the final event in the series - and a great way to wind up the year!
