Community News - November 2026
The November edition of Clunes Community News is on its way to letterboxes now, with copies already in the town’s cafes. Pick one up next time you’re out for a coffee and catch up on what’s happening around Clunes.

Download the electronic version here. And just because we forgot to upload electronic versions of the last two months newsletters (bless) they have been included too!
This month, the Clunes Show takes centre stage as we count down to Saturday 21 November. From homegrown produce and handmade entries to the Victorian State Final of the Dog High Jump, there’s plenty to look forward to. Have a read, get your entries organised and make a day of it!
Inside, local bat ecologist Emma Bennett introduces some special visitors spotted feeding in Clunes gardens. There’s also a celebration of the Clunes Ceramic Award, news from our writers, clubs and groups, and a thoughtful Clunes Notebook column about disagreeing without losing sight of our neighbours.
A special thank you to everyone who contributes stories and photographs, advertises, puts the newsletter together and delivers it around town. All those contributions help keep our community informed and connected!
