Send yourself a note of thanks


Here's a fun exercise to complete our well-being post series: write yourself a Gratitude Letter. It's one of the most effective tasks used in the PERMA model toolbox. It can be a game-changer for boosting all things PERMA (that's positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment). To make it a perfect fit for your wellbeing, aim your gratitude laser at each of those five areas. Set aside 10 minutes and give it a go!
